    BEGINNER LEVELS:

    WHITE

At the white introductory level, students will learn a range of essential skills to become comfortable in the water. These include putting their face in the water, blowing bubbles, and going underwater. They will also practice jumping into the pool and learning the back float and front float positions. As they progress, they will gradually gain the ability to swim independently, covering distances of 35 - 40 feet using the freestyle stroke. These lessons provide a solid foundation for beginners to embark on their swimming journey with skill and enjoyment.

    RED

This is the second level of swimming lessons and is designed for individuals who have gained comfort and confidence in the water and submerging themselves. At this stage, participants should be able to swim a distance of 35 feet, which is half the length of a pool, using both freestyle and backstroke techniques. At this level, students will focus on refining their backstroke by incorporating arm movements with their arms out of the water. They will also learn the proper technique of arm recovery, which is essential for efficient swimming. These lessons build upon the foundation established in the earlier stages and help swimmers progress further in their swimming abilities.

    BLUE

At this level, children are expected to swim freestyle independently for a minimum distance of 35 feet while incorporating proper breathing techniques. They will progress further, increasing their distance to 75 feet using rotary breathing, which involves breathing from side to side. Additionally, swimmers will focus on refining their backstroke, fine-tuning both their arm and leg movements, with the goal of swimming a total distance of 75 feet. In this level, children will also be introduced to the breaststroke kick, an essential skill in swimming. These lessons aim to enhance the overall swimming abilities of children, helping them become more proficient in various strokes and increasing their confidence in the water.
